Distinctions Between Position After Undergrad

Hello monkeys!

I'm currently a college student, and I was wondering what differences exist in one's long-term career outcomes based on the job one works at right after undergrad. I've seen a couple of posts idolizing entering MF PE (Blackstone, KKR, Silverlake) or very specific banking programs (PJT RSSG). Are there certain opportunities available to these individuals that are not available to someone who worked at Evercore or a solid group at GS/MS/JPM after college
