Diversity Day Lazard
hi everyone~
currently have a diversity day program for Lazard in neew York for capital markets advisory. has anyone gone through this before and what are the interviews like? is it just a first round or super day? and what kind of questions are asked for capital markets specifically -- there are like four different subsections like ecm, dcm, etc so im not sure what to expect. thank you so much!!

Well it was run by this guy named Michael last year and he had us all put on headbands with a different races on each one, we then had to treat everyone by their stereotypes
I assume the first rounds for diversity day CMA are all done? I had mine last week – have you heard back?
