Diving into IB- Need your Tip

Hey! I'm a fresher and need to start my career into IB. I'm confused from where should I start. I know, here most of them are half way their or even started their career in IB. If you guys can just help me from where I can start and also if you can suggest some prep materials across the social media or any books, would be a great help.

First, I want to build my basics into this. Not like some of them who directly starts doing modelling!

Would be a great help, if you all can provide some details and help here.

:)
