Is this a my bank only thing or do you guys also have an outsourced India team that works 24hours that spread comps, pull research reports and does data entry for you ?
They basically take on the role of an analyst lol. VP/MD tells us spread comps, we send to India, India gets back to us, we proofread numbers are good and send it back to VP/Asso.

yeah we have an india team too but they dont spread comps but do a good amount of presentations, design stuff and research but usually only when we need something done overnight
The answer is no, not all banks have this. Usually just the big ones do and usually they are only used for PowerPoints and presentation creation
