In a couple processes now that seem to be ongoing, but I imagine they'll be put on hold for a week or two just because getting senior people to interview during the holidays seems like an impossible task.
I doubt many groups are starting first rounds between now and then, but I’m in a couple processes that should finish up by Christmas and have had recruiters take my resume now for processes they want to kick off in the new year
