Do deferred judgement charges show up on background checks?
I know there’s a ton of info on here about background checks and what not, but first off, the search function fucking blows and needs to be recalibrated.
Does anyone know if deferred charges show up on background checks?
Joining a middle-market bank this summer and wondering how intensive these searches are.
