Do elite firms hire in the off-period from undergrad?
Thanks to AP credits, I can graduate a full semester early (this December). Do investment banks and consulting firms hire any entry-level analysts during the off-period?

Sure, if they open spots. Had an ib interview in August a few years ago, due to a slightly older guy making an exit November of that same year. The firm realized they needed an extra entry-analyst quickly.
Would this be something I could count on as a possibility, or would it be against the oods that multiple firms have similar situations?
against the odds. in addition, firms seem to mostly target laterlas in this type of situation because they need someone who can hit the ground running.
Seen it done in satellite offices and that should be your focus.. In major cities (i.e. NYC), I haven't seen undergrads get FT banking offers off-cycle in IBD from BB
