Do firms look at your previous applications?
Do firms look at a candidate's previous application outcomes, so that if they were rejected the first time around your chances of getting in when applying a second/third time are worse (even if your overall profile has improved in terms of experience, skills, etc. OR if you're applying for a different position)? Or do you get a 'blank sheet' every time you apply?
I have no idea if they look at them, but they definitely do have them.
