Do FT middle office BB positions have analyst trainings?

Hi, was wondering if Middle office Analysts in areas such as Risk get sent on trainings abroad during the start of their jobs similar to IB analysts. Would they have some trainings together and the job specific ones separate- if anyone has any colour on how this works, please let me know :) Thanks
