Do I include Volunteer Experience on my resume?

I took a service trip to Jamaica where I helped build schools and churches and homes for people in Montego Bay. I also helped feed and played with children with disabilities. Should I include this?

Also as a side note, in highschool I was the manager for my varsity lacrosse team. I had a lot of responsibilities, such as filming games/practices, writing down all stats and scores in the gamebook, maintaining the scoreboard, etc. Can I put this on my resume as work experience? I am a freshman in college, If I were older I would obviously not.

Thanks guys
