Do I network for diversity programs?
Current sophomore here at a semi/non target school (think UCLA, USC, etc.) I’m applying to diversity programs and had a decent shot at MM programs such as Key Bank, Piper Sandler, Rothschild, etc. However, I am applying to Morgan Stanley’s Early Insight Programs as well as Bank of America’s and was wondering if I should network for them? I would imagine the applicant pool to be much greater.
I keep hearing mixed answers so any input would be great!
