Do most people who exit Capital Markets roles to buyside not put it on their linkedin?
Was taking a look trying to find any ex capital markets bankers and where they exited to, but couldn't find any to good roles. I did however see a decent amount of "IB Analysts" with no group listed or just "Analyst" at GS/MS.
Is this causing the skew I'm seeing in exit outcomes or is capmarkets actually that pigeonholey. Going into a similar role this summer and was hoping for any buyside prospects i.e. MM PE/PC.
