Do new MBA associates tend to get less staffing than even analysts on the same level?
I’ve been with the firm for about a year but I always get less staffing than all the analysts who started at the same time as me. My team uses the double staffing model for all MBAs, ie. I am always assigned with a first year analyst and an experienced associate. I split work with first year as peers and we both report to the experienced associates. I’ve always felt I don’t get as much staffing as first year analysts and now that interns and new joiners have come I noticed I get even less management experience than those analysts who started at the same time as me. Never got any negative feedback on performance so I wonder whether it’s a performance issue or a team structure issue. What should I do?
Congrats, you are a DEI Becky.
