Based on the most helpful WSO content, JPMorgan does hire internationals, but there are specific limitations. While they are open to accepting individuals on Optional Practical Training (OPT), they have explicitly stated that they do not offer H1-B sponsorship for certain programs. This means that internationals can be hired if they are authorized to work in the U.S. under OPT, but the bank will not provide further immigration sponsorship or assistance beyond that.

If you're considering non-LATAM groups, the same policy applies. They do hire internationals, but only under the conditions mentioned above.
