Couldn’t agree more! What I heard from my friends - it’s really really bad and well below the average. I think that the minute you get a job at BNP, you have to start applying somewhere else. People tend to get offers from good places.

There HR in france is just a shit show. Like pure fucking incels. Got an offer from them and had to reject later coz the HR was just unbearable haha. Never goto stupid incompetents called BNP Paribas

Have a few buddies at BNP that are struggling. One of which is addicted to Oxy and the other consistenly abuses Nyquil throughout the day... This kind of behavior seems relatively celebrated and is very concerning to me. #needinterventionformyfriends #BNPhell

I was an intern at BNP in Paris - I cannot agree more.

They are so cheap… It was a 6 month internship and after 3 months they told us that “interns are no longer allowed to order food”. And at the end of the internship, interns used to get €2k bonus but they decided to cut that as well and I ended up with only €1k (someone has 0). Also, the monthly salary was €1,600 or something like that (post tax)

They are incredibly cheap, and to that you need to add the horrible French culture (many crazy / mental people over there, who think they are the king of the world)
