I don't intend to stay in banking more than one or two years, so are "office politics" something I need to concern myself with? Or is it sufficient to just do good work and have people generally like you? With wfh especially, I have not developed very many strong relationships with more senior people (I don't think anyone in my group really has) and I'm wondering if this is something I need to change.
