Do recruiters/bankers ever lie on recruitment process?
Networking has been going great but ran into some situations I wanted to get an opinion on.
1. Do recruiters ever lie to you? For example, a recruiter told me there won't be any interviews this year but a MD would tell me there is.
2. I've had associates/VP's tell me they'll connect me with other people on their team but end up not doing it.
I was wondering if people ever lie to you for these type of things?
