Everyone does networking through LinkedIn it isn't really special anymore do they even make a difference? I did so many calls and coffees throughout college but it was all really for nothing because the offers I was getting were not even through referrals. Is it a waste of time could your time? I am recruiting in a couple months for new roles not sure if I want to spam calls again.
