I'm not talking about the 40-50k bonus for the full-time offer post-summer internship (assuming you get it) but actually getting the summer internship while in MBA do you get a small bonus?
Also are summer associates salaries pro-rated on a 100k base? If you have to intern somewhere abroad (say London and you're going to NYU Stern or Yale) is there any relocation bonus or help with housing at all for the three months in the summer?

I'm only familiar with numbers at the analyst level, but you'll usually get a small "relocation" bonus ($2-5k most likely) regardless of where you'll be located.
Associates for the most part get anywhere from 1500-2500 depending on the bank
That's really tiny is that 2.5k after-tax? If not it'll be more like 1.8k which maybe covers the plane ticket to London if you're interning in the city.
