Read your offer letter. Most BBs you get your pro rated base salary and nothing more.
1 or 2 BBs do some small amount of overtime (not time and a half) the 1.5 is usually reserved for California because of their overtime laws.
You can expect to pull in your MD’s fist up your ass as “quick ask” comes in at 830pm on a Friday night for the third week in a row.
