Do you check your associates work?
Usually I tend not to thoroughly check my associates work (unless they ask), but I sometimes notice big errors. Unsure if it should be my responsibility to be finding these errors.

check your associates work, vps work, mds work. They’d all be appreciative if you catch something they didn’t

Agree with everyone. And check your own work again after someone above you says it’s good just in case
Yes. They don’t have the luxury of someone detail reviewing their work like analysts
I agree analysts should check over work regardless but an associates job is literally to review analysts work and make sure it’s correct
