Do you think we’re going to train in NYC?
Incoming analyst at a BB in SF. I heard that analyst classes before Covid trained in NYC, will this continue back up now that restrictions are lifting?

Given almost all banks have returned to office at this point, I’d expect that you would train in NY. Of course, if there’s another variant and things shut down again, all bets are off.

Starting in London this summer, hoping its in NYC but we haven't heard anything yet
Probably should be okay on covid restrictions, but in-person training is such an expense (esp. flying in and lodging out of towners for 1.5 months) I wouldn't be surprised if banks just go fully virtual for training going forward
BofA has said they’re planning on in person training.
