Does background check reveal whether I am currently employed?
I am currently working as an off cycle intern at BB, which will end on July. I got an SA offer which will start on middle of June.
When going through background check for SA, do I need to reveal my current employment status? (I did not put this on my resume)
I just dont want to reveal that I am currently working for multiple reasons including overlapping cotract period, etc.
If I just say I am currently unemployed, will this be eventually revealed through the background check and be a big problem?
Yes lmao, why would you not reveal that you are currently employed at another bank when going through recruiting? That’s kinda fucking stupid and could be used to rescind your offer.
You should absolutely reveal that you are currently employed during the background check, at the very least.
