Does Cold Calling Work for Full Time?
Currently a senior at a canadian target school (ivey/queens), did investment banking internship at a boutique during the summer in Toronto. Landed a couple first round FT interviews at the Big 5, but wasn't able to convert into an offer. Now most of the FT recruiting is over and I am wondering if anyone has experience cold-calling for full-time at Boutique IBs? I managed to land my internship by cold-calling, but I was wondering if this strategy also works for FT? If anyone has had any success with this, I am very interested in hearing your approach.
