Does company sponsor your VISA for New York Training?

As in title. Currently due to start as an analyst in London but have training in New York. WAs wondering if they sponsor your US VISA or do I have to apply for it myself?

Thanks in advance

Based on the most helpful WSO content, companies typically sponsor visas for training in the U.S., especially if it's part of their structured analyst programs. However, the specifics can vary depending on the firm and its policies. If you're starting as an analyst in London and your training is in New York, it's likely that your firm will handle the visa sponsorship process for the training period.

To confirm, you should directly reach out to your HR or recruitment contact at the firm to clarify whether they will sponsor your visa or if you need to apply for it independently.
