They absolutely DO NOT use hair follicle tests. The people saying otherwise are fucking with you because they’re virgins. I have no idea if Jefferies tests or not, but, if you get a surprise test, I’d recommend Quick Fix. They likely don’t test, as most banks have moved away from it, but stay safe.

Most banks have moved to not testing, or just testing for hard drugs, but assuming you're in NYC you are 100% fine

No drug test for any of the jefferies offices last year.
The law is just for NYC interns/employees - the test happens well in advance of the internship fyi (think like April/May) but I'd be surprised if any bank still tests just their regional office employees. Typically when NYC makes this kind of move the banks follow it everywhere
