Does not getting my HR documents in on time affect FT offer chance?
Basically, I was late sending in some of the HR requested documentation over the course of a couple months and unsure if this will affect my FT chances. Basically, since getting the offer in Jan. HR has been in contact a couple times a month with new deadlines for all random stuff such as drug test, background check, photos, etc. and a couple of these which I have been late on sending in (past the "deadline") - will this affect my FT chances? Thanks! (This is at a BB)
You might even be blacklisted and publicly flogged. On a serious note, probably not unless you are super late with the documents and they are necessary for the company to be able to legally employ you. The FT offers and such are based on on-the-job performance (and office politics) anyway.
Well, first impressions is key to creating a great rapport with the company. So far you are probably seen as a lazy new analyst. You'll stick out to your new managers in a bad way. Good luck though... hopefully you are not late on your projects.
