Yes, religious holidays are one of the few no fly zones for staffing. All that will be expected of you is to make sure your superiors know in advance and all foreseeable deliverables or obligations are either done ahead of time or covered while you're unavailable. Things tend to be slow during jewish holidays anyway.
There are Jewish people who dont work Fridays / Saturdays..
