Don’t know what to do - feel lost.

I feel stuck career wise. The opportunities I thought I'd have aren't there. As a b-school student, I can't compete with M7 candidates or even target undergraduate students for finance internships. I'm getting rejected left and right; I'm competing with candidates that are much more advanced than me. I just don't have the technical skills that are natural to these people. I genuinely regret not going for a CS major or something similar for my undergraduate program... I now see how much more optimal the tech industry is. The only job I had was in a family run real estate company which isn't working out. I never interned anywhere as I thought I'd just continue with my family's business. I'm spending hours of my free time teaching myself the technical skills that banks and financial institutions desire - no luck. I need advice.
