Doubts - Modeling test (renewable asset)

Hey Monkeys, have some questions below that would appreciate your help on! It is regarding modeling tests overall.

o How to get inflation of a country / date (from a website on the internet, any recommendations?)
o Know how to value according to the years (January or December). If they say to value the asset since 31.12.2021, assume this means from 2022 onwards?
o Learn how to know what equity discount rate to use if you are only given the WACC
o Difference between TV for purchase equity value and the exit multiple
o Know which debt tranches to put in, what are their interest rates and conditions as market standard as possible (in a model test what would be your view)?
o What to use Net debt in DCF (what year?)
