Dreaming about work?

Hey all, first year analyst here - maybe it's just because of the high stress point we're at in a deal I'm part of, but I've found myself literally dreaming consistently about work. I hate that beyond the constant anxiety of always being on edge due to receiving emails, etc., I cannot escape thinking about work whether awake or not, and it's ruining my sleep and making me more miserable overall. Has anyone had the same experience, and if so any tips on how to separate myself from work at all times?

I've had this issue as well -- what I've found worked for me was to pretty much always give myself a 1-1.5 hour cushion after I finished work (to work out, meditate, read) before I tried going to sleep.  Even if for example, I only get 4 hours of quality sleep, that's a lot better than 5 hours of shit sleep, and both ways I'm not going to feel to hot in the morning anyways so I figured I might as well get some higher quality sleep.

I have this problem!! Find it sort of helps to eat supper after finishing all work (even if that means I eat at 1-2am) and that’s my ‘winding down’ time. Sounds weird but I also hang out in my bathroom looking at my phone for ages while getting ready for bed just to try to forget about work. Also (bit risky but worth it) put the work phone on do not disturb until the next morning.
