Dresner Partners in Chicago

They're a boutique shop in Chicago, and based on my own due diligence, they seem to be strong at consumer staples and technology. From those I've met, they seem like a good group of laid back, but no-nonsense people.

Has anyone else heard more of them? What do you think of them? Good or bad experiences?Their recruiting process seems a little ad hoc, I'll admit, so it's a little hard to get a structured flow of information.

I've heard of them they're probably on the upper end of boutiques/lower MM (excluding EB's). A decent amount of guys I know have interned there and a few alums of my non target work there. Good overall I would go for it

Is this for SA or full-time? I was in their interview process last year as a sophomore and here are my thoughts/what I've heard to date.

Intern return offer rate is pretty low as they will only offer on a demand basis. I've seen and heard from the firm internally that one of their interns received an offer from a BB for FT after his summer.

Deal team is pretty lean and senior people seem to come from solid backgrounds. Although they have some interesting deals, they are still lower middle market and sometimes act as a broker in some cases.
