Do banks still drug test for cannabis?
I started at my bank last year, summer analyst in 2018. My bank never drug tested me. Do bank still drug test?
I saw that New York banned testing for cannabis, but I would imagine there is an exemption for IB. Any insight is much appreciated.

I make sure that every new employee - analyst all the way up to MD - takes a personal piss test for me on day 1. I keep my own tests at my desk for first day employees and then i test them periodically. I require them to allow me to go with them as to not falsify test results. I have over 2 gallons of my coworkers piss in my desk at any given time.

At least for laterals, the only firm that I have heard still drug tests is Lincoln International.
