Hey, so I just accepted an offer with a bank. The contract said "satisfactory completion of a background and compliance check", but no where did it say that I'd need to do drug testing. I submitted my materials to hireright for completion - those came back, and now it requests a drug test. I'm not a heavy drug user, but do smoke weed on the occasion - anyone know if I can get out of this?
