DTX vs CLT for finance (deciding ASAP)

I will preface this by saying I will move wherever I get an offer for…Needing to decide on a list of top 3 cities to submit to my firm. Currently in DTX, but heavily considering CLT. Heard it’s a large hub for the southeast and is better than ATL for finance. Not particularly wanting to go NYC, CHI, LA…not entirely sure what tier CLT and DTX fall into, but any info, thoughts, comparison/contrast or etc is appreciated.

DTX is severely lacking in IB, with just Houlihan there (some small branches of GS & Lincoln/Stephens). Most banks are in Houston rather than Dallas
