It’s 2024 and we’re sending excel spreadsheets around to 10 different diligence parties. There’s internal versions, external versions and everyone seems to be out of date (lawyers are notorious).
Has anyone figured out the best way to manage them?

VDRs have built in diligence Q&A functions that would make things soooo much easier, but everyone refuses to use these for god knows why.
