Duff & Phelps - Valuation Services Group
Does anybody have any insight on culture + total comp for Duff & Phelps's Valuation Services Group at Analyst & Associate levels in major cities like CHI, NYC, ATL?
Former D&P analyst here. Chi, NY is known to be sweaty (not sure if IB level, but def above average of valuation working hours) for the same pay. LA and SF super laid back and easy ass hours.
What's the pay like? Currently interviewing and don't wanna be low balled. Is it different from IB?
2021 first years were 70k.
How about bonuses? Also, do you have any insights on exits into IB?
I got a $1,000 sign bonus for Nashville.
