Dumb to Try to Recruit FT Now?

Hey Monkeys,

Before the COVID-19 outbreak, I was planning on starting to network for FT recruiting right about now, mostly just establishing relationships with people who recently graduated from my school. I go to a target, will be interning in IB at HSBC/RBC/WF this upcoming summer, and have had a couple resume boosts since recruiting for SA last summer that make me a better candidate than I was, so I'd felt pretty good about my chances, but do you think with everything going on right now it might be better to just scrap those plans and focus on just getting a return from my SA? Or should I wait a few weeks before networking? Mostly I'm worried about pissing people off with networking now since I'm afraid it'll seem insensitive.
