EB-3 / Green Card Sponsorship as an IB analyst

Hello WSO

I am wondering if anyone here had an experience with getting sponsored for EB-3 / Green Card on an analyst level? I am an incoming IB analyst at a top BB and am getting increasingly worried about not getting an H1B which my bank has agreed to sponsor. I will only have an OPT for a year.

I am from an underrepresented country and am willing to pay for lawyers etc as necessary - just curious if it would be a complete waste of time to try and go through the process?
