I just received an offer from Lazard/PWP/Greenhill/Moelis Chicago and was curious what comp has looked like historically for AN1s. I doubt they differ much from firm to firm (right?)

^ this this this. Might I add that they rate you not only on length, but girth as well.
When I first started banking, I assumed seniors only cared about length. I spent hours with weights tied to my pride and joy, only to learn that girth can be just as (if not more) impactful. While I was able to increase the length by nearly 2 inches, this stretched state decreased my girth by ~.5 inches. Overall, seniors were impressed with my dedication but disappointed that I overlooked other factors. Keep this in mind OP.
