Anyone familiar with Leveraged Finance teams within EBs? (not RX, but the team that does IG, HY and Private Placements). Do they mainly do best efforts transactions / RFPs to find balance sheet banks and mainly tied towards their M&A team's mandates? How is pay like and what are the exit ops given they aren't usually on covers of LF transactions (LL and HY)
