EB Compensation 2019
Heard from multiple sources that all-in comp for first-year analysts at many EBs is ~200k. Can anyone confirm/provide more info? Especially interested in CVP, MOE, and PWP on the west coast.

Two years ago it was 150k all in at a NYC EB. Not sure what the numbers are now.

Anyone have numbers for MOE (LA, SF, NY) and EVR NY?
Top bucket @ the NYC EB I interned at is around 190 from what I've heard. PJT RSSG (not where I was) may give >100% bonuses, which would get them right around 200.
If you count CVP's 50k FT signing bonus they're certainly above 200 for A1
Concur. Also if you count signing bonuses for the others (20-25k) they’re pretty much at 200 give or take
How do these numbers tie in with WSO report's BB A1 average at 127k? I get the difference between average and top bucket, but still that seems like way too big a difference. Is the WSO report skewed downwards?
I can confirm EVR 190k all in, 95k base + 100% bonus.
Does it depend on the group? M&A, PCA etc.
How does EB pay compare to top MM pay? Are people at places like HL/Blair/HW making close too 200k also, or is it a lot lower?
Generally a fair amount lower (with some exceptions)
Anybody got associate comp info? I heard last year BB's went from 125 - 150k base and EB's went to 165k base.

Also interested in Associate comp (post-MBA, non-stub, if possible). Have heard that EBs generally are at $160 base, with Moelis at $170. Wondering if this is accurate. Anyone have any specific info on PJT, PWP?

London pay lol. Don't expect anything near NY if that's why you're asking. Highest out of EBs probably either PJT or CVP. I know CVP A1s get GBP 50k base 15k signing and anything up to 70-100% bonus depending on performance. Idk too much about PJT but heard they pay similarly highly. Regardless nothing like the 200k+ CVP A1s in NYC get or 170-190k at PJT or EVR in NYC.
