EB London Sign-on Bonus?

Hello all!

Received an offer a couple of weeks ago from an EB in London (LAZ/EVR/PJT/PWP) for an off-cycle.

Since they are known to heavily convert OCs, in case I do get an offer, are there sign-on bonuses?

I’m from Europe, so that would majorly help with potential full-time relocation.

On a similar note, during a 6-month OC, when can one expect to know whether they will be retaining me or not? I.e. in 2-3-4 months or later? How do you find out?

Any answers would be major help.

Thank you.

Broadly speaking, sign on bonuses are 6-10k in London. They are often paid after your start date with your first month salary but can be discussed with HR. Regarding conversion it can depend on the firm’s dynamic, just be good and you should get it

Congrats on your offer! I was wondering if you'd have any advice for off-cycle recruiting, and your rough timeline etc? I've started applying, but haven't had too much luck so far, potentially because I am yet to actually start my upcoming summer internship. So any advice would really really help!

Thank you so much and best of luck!
