EB M&A or Rx for Exits
Title says it all. Curious if MF exits from an M&A group or Rx group are generally better at an EB.

I would generally say they are similar from what I have seen.
Obviously you have a more standard story to buyout from M&A if that’s what you’re interested in. If you want to do distressed / SS then Rx has the better story.
