Any FT bankers at EBs have insight to what their offer rates will be?

lower than prior years, but higher than bbs. 2020 offer rates were high bc everyone had BS internships and it was bad PR to not give returns. 2021 every bank desperately needed bodies so you really had to screw up to not get a return. what i’ve been hearing at my eb is more in line with 2019 offer rates.

at my eb analyst offer rate was ~90%
At one that was greater than 95% this summer

My top EB will have surprisingly low % this year is what has been rumored (80%)
How low? 50%? 30%? 20%?
