Anyone who works in ECM able to share specific numbers on what bonuses typically look like? I signed a return offer for my bank and cap markets is under investment banking and we all get the same base. I've got no interest in PE. Wondering how much less cap markets folks (especially ecm) get paid, especially since I'm thinking of staying in banking for the long haul.
