Does anyone have any insight on day to day / life of an ECM analyst / associate is at a PE shop like Blackstone or any others that have a ECM division? Is comp the same as sell side banking ECM? Lifestyle? Opportunity within shops the same (Analyst to Associate to VP etc..)?
