How far below street?
Surely not below £50k?
My intel is about a year old but at that point in time they paid £50k for AN1 (while all other MMs had paid c. £70k for at least 6 months)
Work at a competitor
Tech strongest but none of them particularly high quality tbh
Comp probs in line with the other mid-market brokers - expect £60k base as an An1 tops
Kinda sweaty and tbh a bit weird/low quality - I've met a few people who work there and not been enamoured by the quality of the people
