I just accepted an associate role with an elite boutique. After accepting I realized my resume was modified my by business school career center to remove one job that I had pre-MBA for 9 months to bring my resume to one page. I have all the email communications from my business school recommending me to remove that job.
It’s not a critical role and nothing comparable to the other corporate finance roles that I have held pre-MBA. I am wondering if I shoukd reach out to HR and show them all the correspondence so it does not look like I’m hiding anything during the back ground check.
Would appreciate advise on this matter
