just email him right before or after lunch. usually a good time as people check their email then and are not usually cramed with work, however this is also a meeting heavy time. just email and if he doesn’t respond email again
Definitely super late/early, something like 4am so he knows youre a grinder. He should see it first thing in the morning too, so you'll know if you don't get a response you should just dial him directly
